u___u i drew a picture like this one well over a year ago..back when I listened to Vidoll for the very first time. i think i may have uploaded it on here...i don't know. if i did it's long been deleted because it was so bad. T_T
well, i've improved since then, so I wanted to give another picture of Jui a try.
i'm just going to say it. this looks absolutely nothing like the reference. and hardly anything like Jui. but I don't care, I'm done with trying to make things perfect. Art doesn't have to be perfect to be art.

i've been re-listening to a lot of my old Vidoll in the past few weeks and i was like.."OMG I LOVE VIDOLL! How did I stop listening to them for a year?~!" so I began to draw this basically because Jui and his amazing music deserves it, and also....because I didn't want the next pencil portrait I submitted to be one of Isshi, 'cause I've been flooding your inboxes with works of him...

soooo I just finished this not even 10 minutes ago, I worked on it all last night and all day today. D:

and i'm terribly sorry for the bad scan quality...heck, i'm sorry for just the bad quality in general. D: it was so hot and humid in my room that the paper I drew this on started curling up, and some of the lighter shades of graphite bunched together and formed a stain in some areas because of the moisture in the air. I swear, i'm so sick of mother nature these days.
